If something has gone wrong, please tell us. Most problems can be put right quickly by speaking to a committee member.

How to complain

1. Speak to us

   Talk to any committee member, or write to us using the details below. Tell us what happened and what you would like us to do.

2. We reply

   We will let you know we have received your complaint within 7 days, and send you a full reply within 28 days.

3. If you are still unhappy

   Ask for your complaint to be looked at by the trustees (the committee as a whole) at their next meeting. Their reply is our final answer.
